After thorough discussions and a detailed investigation of locally available materials in his region, our engineering team recommended the QT8-15 fully automatic block making machine as the ideal solution.
To meet Mr. Marcio's requirement for superior block strength, we customized the QT8-15 with a dynamic and static vibration table. This dual-mode system combines high-frequency dynamic vibration for rapid material settlement and low-frequency static vibration for uniform density distribution, ensuring exceptional compaction and consistent paver quality.
For even greater forming force, we added an extra airbag system with automatic adjustable air pressure control. This innovative feature provides precise cushioning and shock absorption during the molding cycle, enhancing compression force and minimizing defects. The airbag system automatically adjusts pressure based on material variations, ensuring optimal performance with every cycle.
Our team also provided comprehensive support, including material testing and mix design optimization using local aggregates. After test the green interlocking paver we can achieve 4000psi, the dry can be more than 5000 psi.
