In 2015, Mr. Hocine, an Algerian client, stopped by Yixin Technology's booth at the BATIMATEC international building materials exhibition. At that time, he was still using an outdated French machine, whose low production efficiency and limited product variety were increasingly impacting his competitiveness in the local market.
At the exhibition, the Yixin team showed Mr. Hocine a production video of the QT5-15 fully automatic block molding machine, especially the production process of Hourdi floor slab bricks—the smooth automated operation, stable molding quality, and high-efficiency production gave him hope for change. After in-depth technical communication and solution confirmation, Mr. Hocine decided to replace his old equipment with Yixin Technology's customized QT5-15 model.
The Algerian construction market has a stable and substantial demand for Hourdi floor slab bricks. Hourdi bricks (also known as floor slab infill bricks or hollow blocks) are a core component in floor slab structures in Algeria and North Africa, used to fill the gaps between beams, serving a dual function as formwork and structural infill. However, traditional brick-making equipment suffers from significant bottlenecks in terms of single-batch production volume, automation level, and production efficiency. Many machines operate in semi-automatic or manual modes, resulting in large product size deviations and high energy consumption, failing to meet the growing market demand.
After equipment delivery, Yixin Technology dispatched experienced commissioning engineers to Algeria to be responsible for the entire process of equipment installation, commissioning, and operation training. From basic construction guidance to equipment placement and installation, from no-load trial operation to trial production with materials, the engineering team was on-site throughout the process to ensure seamless integration of each step.Mr. Hocine highly praised the equipment performance and Yixin's service.
