In December 2023, a Russian client proactively inquired about brick-making equipment through Yixin Technology's independent website. This client, primarily engaged in hollow brick production, was facing severe shortages in its existing equipment capacity due to numerous construction projects, leading to increasing order fulfillment pressure and an urgent need to expand production capacity to seize market opportunities.
After thoroughly understanding the client's needs, the Yixin sales team quickly recommended the QT15-15 fully automatic block forming machine. This model boasts a large forming area, high production efficiency, and stable operation, making it particularly suitable for large-scale hollow brick production. Addressing the client's high production capacity and high labor costs, the team also proactively suggested adding an automatic brick-collecting line to further optimize the production process. This professional and thoughtful solution earned the client's initial trust, and after several rounds of remote communication, the client decided to visit China for an on-site inspection.
In January 2024, the client arrived at the Yixin factory and toured the production workshop and witnessed a live demonstration of the QT15-15 equipment. The standardized management system, rigorous quality control processes, and efficient and stable equipment operation left a deep impression on the client, completely dispelling any remaining concerns. On the day of the site visit, the client signed a formal purchase contract, less than two months after the initial contact.
This order included a large brick-making machine and a complete automated brick-collecting line. The equipment was complex, and the production cycle was tight. Yixin's production department quickly developed a meticulous plan and rationally allocated resources, completing all equipment manufacturing and factory testing in just 30 working days, delivering on schedule.
After the equipment was shipped, Yixin immediately dispatched technical personnel to Russia to provide installation guidance and system debugging. After installation, the technical personnel provided systematic training to local employees, covering touchscreen operation, formula setting, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting, providing hands-on instruction until employees could operate the equipment independently. The client highly praised the equipment's performance and the professionalism of the technical personnel. This QT15-15 machine and its matching brick-collecting line are now operating efficiently, continuously creating value for the Russian client.
