Mr. Zhou, a customer from Burkina Faso, purchased our Yixin QT10-15 block making machine with a pallet size of 1130×880mm, specifically for producing hollow blocks to sell in and around Ouagadougou. His requirements focused on high output and reliable performance to meet the growing demand for quality construction blocks in the local market.
The QT10-15 was installed with a complete production line, including the batching system, JS750 twin-shaft mixer, block conveyor, and pallet handling equipment. After installation, our engineers provided comprehensive on-site training to ensure smooth operation. Thanks to its high-speed and efficient production design, the plant now produces 3,000 pallets of hollow blocks in just 10 hours.
As a result, Mr. Zhou's business has flourished, with his blocks selling rapidly not only in Ouagadougou but also in nearby countries such as Ghana. The Yixin QT10-15 has proven to be a reliable, high-performance solution, helping our customer achieve remarkable success and strengthening Yixin's reputation across the West African market.
